RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- You can return or exchange items up to 14 days after receiving your original order.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted.
- Always include a note with your order number and personal information inside the package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are free worldwide. If you, however, return your order - we still charge the shipping costs by deducting it from the total refund amount.
- All returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number, as JAFFARY will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Upon dispute, JAFFARY reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

DELIVERY TIMES (FAST DELIVERY DHL EXPRESS)
All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
- Europe 1-2 working days.
- Rest of the world 2-4 working days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
• You will be notified by email and SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We do our absolute best to ship the parcel as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with your personal track-and-trace code. If you feel like your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us.
